MONTREAL, QC - MAGNUM Capital Partners (“MAGNUM”), pioneers in the Canadian search fund ecosystem, today announced that it has partnered with searcher David Tô in the acquisition of AT Safety Training (“AT Safety” or “the Company”), adding a new portfolio company in the safety and industrial training sector.
AT Safety is Canada's largest authorized training provider of Energy Safety Canada certifications and a leading provider of workforce health and safety training services in Western Canada. Founded in 1996, the Company plays a critical role in the Canadian economy, proudly supporting tens of thousands of workers annually across the energy, construction, and industrial sectors.
