Courtney Betz Dunn

Courtney Dunn is an operator and investor with a background in building, acquiring, and scaling healthcare and technology businesses. She was most recently an executive at Cerbo OptiMantra, a practice management and EHR platform serving cash-based and longevity-focused medical practices, where she oversaw customer experience, retention, and growth initiatives.

Prior to acquiring Cerbo alongside her husband through a search fund, Courtney began her career as a petroleum engineer at Shell before transitioning into entrepreneurship, where she built and operated a successful e-commerce business. She brings a combination of technical rigor, operational discipline, and customer-centric leadership to her work.

Courtney holds an MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Prairie View A&M University. Based in San Antonio, Texas, she is also an active investor and advisor, with a focus on supporting high-quality operators and scalable, durable businesses.
