Adriana Muñoz is the CEO and Owner of Admar Neuro, a medical equipment service and repair company serving healthcare practices across the U.S. and international markets. She acquired the business in 2024 and is leading its growth across service, rentals, and OEM partnerships.
Adriana brings more than 20 years of healthcare and medtech experience, beginning her career as an ER nurse before moving into commercial and operating leadership roles at Cook Medical, W.L. Gore, Cardinal Health, and Alvarez & Marsal. Her background spans medical devices, healthcare services, international markets, channel strategy, and business transformation.
She is also Managing Partner of Pilar Capital, where she invests in search funds and entrepreneur-led acquisitions of lower middle market businesses. Having acquired and operated an SMB herself, and having invested in SME investor-operators, Adriana brings a practical lens to healthcare investing that combines operating experience, commercial judgment, and investor discipline.
Adriana holds an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management, a BS from Loyola University Chicago, and completed the Advanced Finance Program at The Wharton School in 2022. She brings Magnum Capital a strong network of healthcare executives, operators, and investors, along with a practical understanding of what it takes to evaluate, acquire, and scale healthcare businesses.
